Happy Birthday Computer Geek!

Today is Computer Geek's 18th birthday. My heart and mind can NOT comprehend that he is 18 today. Doesn't seem possible that it has been 18 years since he was born. I know it was just yesterday that I nervously took him to his first day of kindergarten and I cried all the way home. Now today he is a man. Unreal. Not only is today special because it is his birthday but tonight is Senior Night at the Game. If you do not know what Senior Night is, it is where they honor the Seniors that are in Band, Football, and Cheerleading. So Big D and I will dress up in our "Sunday Best", walk down the 50 yard line with Computer Geek, in honor of his 4 years in Marching Band and all his accomplishments as a High School Student. What an emotional day for Mom! I will definitely have tissues in hand because I know I will cry as I am being escorted by my wonderful son! I am so blessed as a Mother!!
My prayer is that as a man, Computer Geek will keep God in the center of his life!
