Today was Computer Geek's Senior Awards Ceremony. We are so proud of him! We knew of 3 scholarships that Computer Geek was getting today. But we got a very special surprise. He received the PTO Scholarship Award of his Elementary school. That scholarship means a lot to us because it was voted on by the Elementary Teachers where he attended. Here is the summary of scholarships he was awarded:
TTU Academic Scholarship ~ $12,000 ($3,000 reneweable each year)
Tennessee Hope Scholarship ~ $17,200 ($4,300 renewable each year)
M-tek Inc. Scholarship ~ $4,000 ($1,000 renewable each year)
Hillsboro Elementary PTO Scholarship $500 (1 time cash award)
Now you see why we are so excited and so very proud of Computer Geek!!
