Today, Big D and I took Football Star for his road test to get his drivers license. I was nervous when Computer Geek took his, but I think I was twice as nervous today with Football Star. Not sure why? Could be because he is my baby? (yeah he HATES when I say that) While we waited for his turn, I did the nervous mom things, like "don't forget to come to a complete stop" "don't forget to check your mirrors", etc.... I know I was driving Football Star crazy, but I knew how important it was for him not to forget those things. Then it was his turn, and when he left, I got so nervous that my stomach was flipping! When he came back, it seemed a lifetime until Football Star and the lady tester (she is the one that is the toughest on the kids) got out of the car. She was showing him his score. Finally he steps out of the car and shakes his head as in he didn't pass, I look at him like "oh no!" Then he smiled, and I knew he had passed!!!! Football Star will be sporting around town in this little beauty...

So if you live in Tennessee or plan to visit, beware Football Star is out on the roads as a legal DRIVER!!! LOL!

Tell FS congrats and that's a sweet looking car!! How many miles has he put on it already? LOL
I was so glad when my kids got their license, it meant no more running back and forth for me!! Selfish I know, but man kids today have so much going on!! LOL Mom's need a break too! You are going to love it! ;)
