This week's photo hunt is "soft". I couldn't think of anything softer than our new addition to our family, Oliver. We rescued Oliver from the Humane Society a couple weeks ago. I couldn't resist his beautiful blue eyes. This picture doesn't capture how beautiful his blue eyes are! He is 1 1/2 years old. Oliver is a Himalayan. He is the sweetest cat. Oh and did I tell you how beautiful his blue eyes are??? LOL! I can't imagine why anyone would want to get rid of him!

My Nixie is a Himalayan, too... she's 7 months old. My other cat (that recently passed away on 1/4) was a Seal Point Himi - which I think Oliver may be - isn't he?

You're kidding... someone wanted to get rid of him? I couldn't imagine life without any of my kitties... they are so comforting and never judge what you do or how you are feeling, they just sit there and purr and offer a friendly paw. Hello Oliver.
