This is the "silver" tray to my tea set. Big D found it at a garage sale for $2. Then we got silver cleaner and polished it until it was like new! I absolutely love it!

What an amazing experience "Dancing with the Stars" was!!It was worth every penny and then more!!! We had GREAT seats, but with the light show that went with the music and dancing it was difficult to get perfect pictures, but here are a few!!

Dancing with the Stars!!!!!

Woohooo!! It's finally here!!! (She says while twirling around!) Tonight, Big D and I are going to see the Dancing with the Stars tour at the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, TN. I can't wait! We bought our tickets MONTHS ago. Actually we bought them right after the tv show ended. I am so excited!! Hopefully, I can get a few good pictures!! If I do, I will post them tomorrow!!!

Saturday Photo Hunt - Wild

These are a pictures of my 2 "Wild" boys! Computer Geek (pictured right above) asked for Airsoft guns for Christmas. At first, I was really against the idea until I educated myself about it. So Big D and I got both Computer Geek and Football Star a set of these guns. If you do not know what Airsoft guns are, they are guns that shoot little plastic bb's. You shoot each other kind of like paintball, but without ALL the mess. We had 70 degree weather after Christmas. So the 4 of us made the boys a shooting range for them in the back of our property. You sure learn alot living with 3 men! LOL!

Saturday Photo Hunters - Technology

Hi, I am Lightseeker and I am a Tech Junkie! But I can stop anytime I want. RIGHT! Who am I kidding?!?! I absolutely love my tech toys! I could not live without my laptop or my cell phone! My jump drive is my best friend for work. I received the webcam and digital camera for Christmas. Big D and I have always shared a digital camera, but when he travels it needs it for work, so I got one for Christmas and I LOVE IT! Since Big D travels so much, for Christmas one of his gifts was 2 webcams (one for him and one for me), so we could stay in touch. Kind of a sneaky way to get a new tech toy, but he loved it!

Back in the 70's, when it was a popular subject and I was young, I would say I might have to some degree. But now that I am older, I don't believe in aliens or UFOs.

My comforter is black and several shades of brown with leopard prints and tiger stripes.

Special Day!

Today is an special day for Football Star. This week he started 6:30 am practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I wasn't quite ready for him to drive to school, but I gave in and let him drive for the FIRST time to school. I was a nervous wreck. I was nervous with Computer Geek, but I don't remember being THIS nervous. I am sure it's because Football Star is my baby (he absolutely hates when I call him that) and the fact that it is just very difficult to let them go. Now don't get me wrong. I am VERY proud of him and I know he is a good driver, but the world is full of BAD drivers that will cross his path while he is on the road. So just remember him (and me) in prayer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I pray that God surrounds his vehicle with Guardian Angels and keep him safe. It is the same prayer I prayed for Computer Geek years ago.

A Princess Today

Today, I have felt like one of the Hilton sisters! Big D asked me to go with him to Jackson, Mississippi. He is here on business. He rented us a beautiful jacuzzi suite! He told me my only job while being here was to pamper myself. And believe me, I have fully done that today! After a very nice breakfast with him before he had to go to work, I came back into the room filled up the jacuzzi tub, added some mango/orange bath gel, turned on a movie, and relaxed for an hour! Let me tell you, that felt beyond wonderful. Then I took a long, HOT shower and laid on the couch and read. After my relaxing and reading, I went downstairs got a snack, walked over and watched the birds in the little glass cage they have them in(picture to come!), came back up stairs and decided to blog about my wonderful mini vacation! Now that I have bored you with my activities...I will leave you with one more Princess duty...

Time to go shopping!!
