Second Week - Weighing In



Today is Tuesday that means weigh day. I did ok, but I wasn't real thrilled with my progress. I busted my butt last week on my recumbant bike hoping for a good loss. I only ending up losing 2 pounds. I try to tell myself that losing 2 pounds is better than gaining 2 pounds. I am trying to stay positive. Here is our progress so far:

Me - 2 pound loss (total 9 pounds)
Big D - 3 pound loss (total 13 pounds)
Computer 0 pounds loss (total 6 pounds)

We have a long road ahead of us, but I have to remember that our goal is to feel better and be healthy no matter what we lose each week. Please keep us in your prayers!

2 pounds is great! And it's the recommended weight loss amount for a week (I know, Ive been to Jenny Craige 3 times ;). Mom and I started healthier eating yesterday (Feb 1st). I need to get my mindset right,thats 1/2 the battle (actually I think its 99% of the battle).
